Shadi Megalla, a key figure in the UAE’s underground music scene, has spent over 25 years blending the classic and experimental through his record label Ark to Ashes and iconic Flipside record shop. From his early exposure to UK rave culture in the '90s, Shadi’s journey has evolved from a self-taught DJ to a curator shaping the soundscape of Dubai.
