Dubai’s MICHELIN Restaurants 2025: Hot Deals For a Hot Summer
3 Jun 2025
Workouts, cold showers, a good book before bed — all great ways to boost our dopamine levels. But there is one more worth adding to that list: a perfect dish. Quick, effortless, and full of joy. And let’s be honest — we all deserve to treat ourselves from time to time — especially in Dubai, a city bursting with bold, flavour-packed spots.
The recent buzz in the gourmet scene? All about Michelin stars and the newest places making the list. So if you clicked on this article, we have to deliver. Below are the must-try menus from the latest Michelin-recognised restaurants. As hot as our summer. Dive in!
MICHELIN in Dubai — long story short
The MICHELIN Guide came to the UAE in 2022 and has returned every year since, with the latest ceremony taking place in May 2025.
This year, MICHELIN Dubai recognised two new One Star restaurants and two new Three Star restaurants — including Trèsind Studio becoming the very first and only Indian restaurant in the world to be awarded three MICHELIN stars. The Bib Gourmand list is expanding too — these are restaurants that have not earned a star (yet) but are already recommended by the Guide for their great food at more accessible prices. Five new spots were added this year.
And if you have always thought MICHELIN was a bit too fancy or out of reach, here is the good news: it isn't all about pricey tasting menus! These current offers are a great reason to expand your gastronomic horizons.
Fixed Pricing — MICHELIN Star Restaurants 2025
Trèsind Studio (Three MICHELIN Star Restaurant)
This is the restaurant everyone’s talking about — and for good reason. It is the first Indian restaurant ever to receive three MICHELIN stars.
Another thing to note: it was emphasized for being Dubai's most creative dining experience, and we are not about to argue. Every dish looks like something from another world — imagine your main course served on a cactus (inspired by Dubai’s desert, most probably), or a perfectly cooked piece of fish styled to look like a flowerbed.
Price: Two menu options — meat or vegetarian — both priced at 1,095 AED per person.
FZN by Björn Frantzén (Three MICHELIN Star Restaurant)
Still torn between Japanese and European cuisine? Head straight to FZN — it is the perfect fusion of both worlds. Like any truly great restaurant, this one is all about taking you on a journey through layers of flavour. Worth it, believe me.
And a quick message to my fellow colleagues: please stop assigning me food stories like this — the dishes look so good, I swear I can taste them through the screen. Absolute torture.
Price: Tasting Menu – 2,000 AED per person. Beverage pairing available.

Jamavar (One MICHELIN Star Restaurant)
If you think rice and chicken curry are not your thing — think again. Jamavar is the kind of place that will change your mind the moment you step inside. Classic presentation (with a touch of oriental charm) meets a visionary approach to flavour. Even the desserts look like they have been plated with a ruler — precision and beauty in every bite.
A tip from regulars: vegetarians, this one is a dream. And do not miss the Gajrela — a traditional carrot-based dessert with a hint of cardamom. It is a must.
Special Deals:
Golden Happy Hour (Monday–Sunday, 4 pm–7 pm) — Try mini versions of the signature dishes — all at a great price.
Lunch Menu (Monday–Friday, 12 pm–2:30 pm) — 2 courses for 99 AED; 3 courses for 139 AED; 4 courses for 160 AED
STAY by Yannick Alléno (Two MICHELIN Star Restaurant)
Okay, yes — they got their second MICHELIN star back in 2024 (the only one on this list that did). But two stars and a hot new promo? We couldn't leave them out.
Known for its beautifully curated presentation (yes, portions lean on the smaller side — but that is part of the charm, especially if you appreciate mindful dining), STAY delivers delicate yet distinctly expressive flavours, all set within an effortlessly luxurious atmosphere.
Special Deals:
Le Déjeuner (Saturdays, 12:30 pm–2:30 pm) — A 3-course experience at 500 AED per person.
The Emotion Menu — A refined 4-course tasting journey at 950 AED per person.

DUO Gastrobar — Creek Harbour
DUO Gastrobar in Dubai Hills was already recognised last year — and now it is time to shine a light on their second location, tucked away on one of my favourite Dubai islands: Creek Harbour.
Duck ravioli with parmesan mousse, chicken pâté, tuna ceviche… It sounds delicious, and yes — it tastes just as good as it sounds. For those who love starting their day with flavour, they have got a special breakfast menu served until 1 pm. And if you are more into staying cosy at home — there is an even better offer.
Special Deal: 20% discount for the entire menu on all delivery orders.
Hawkerboi
Picture this: you are sitting in peace, browsing flights, deciding between three destinations. What are they? If Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand (or at least two of them) are on your radar — save the airfare and head to Hawkerboi instead.
This Asian-inspired gem is perfect whether you are popping in for a refreshing drink or staying for a full-on lunch or dinner.
Special Deals:
Business Lunch (Monday to Friday, 12 pm – 3 pm) — 89 AED per person. Includes a starter and a main course. Add dessert for just 25 AED.
Happy Hours — Every Friday and Saturday from 10 pm to 12 am
Sufret Maryam
Craving Levantine food? Head straight here — a warm, welcoming spot led by a wonderful woman who runs the kitchen with heart, soul, and incredible attention to detail.
It is one of those places that instantly feels like home, no matter how far you are from Lebanon — or wherever you are originally from.
Special Deal:
This one isn't about discounts — it is about something special. For Eid, they are offering handmade date cookies, created with love just for the occasion.
And honestly, you will not need any special deals — the prices here are already more than fair.
