According to Black Tomato Travel Agency, one in five serious travellers visit a place just because they saw it on a TV show. They claim 40% of tourists visit Iceland just to see locations where Game of Thrones was filmed, such as Skaftafell National Park or Vatnajökull Glacier. Obeying to the trend, we have created our editorial pick of the pretty film locations you can have a nice voyage to. In our new selection you will find the most cinematic locations of the trendy series.
Where to go: Hawaii & Sicily
White Lotus (2021-2025), a TV series about class conflict and modern colonialism has been doing quite well in the media space. It was created and filmed in a short period of time, but it did not prevent the production to be of a great quality and with some adventures.
Although Mike White (director & producer) facetuned hotels to the point they are not recognised in order to create this unrealistic spirit of the “White Lotus", both locations still retain their vibe even after filming is over (you bet, as rooms cost €9000).
Bonus! One of the homes where the characters Daphne (Meghann Fahy) and Harper (Aubrey Plaza) escaped to in the third episode of season two recently appeared on Airbnb, although now it seems to be swapped away. Her name is Villa Tasca, and she is a 16th-century gem, situated in an 8-hectare park filled with citrus groves and ancient trees on the road from Palermo to Monreale. Historically significant, Villa Tasca has welcomed guests such as Jacqueline Kennedy, Bismarck, and Margaret of Savoy, and has inspired composers like Verdi and Wagner.
Overall, this trip looks luxurious, fabulous and Richy rich.
Netflix filmed one of the most beautiful projects in one of the most majestic locations. The views and pictures from Bridgerton are indeed impressive! Although the second season of the series was filmed mostly in the studio, due to the pandemic, the film crew managed to drive through 80 real locations. To have them all in one trip would be quite a challenge. But perhaps we can focus on the most important ones?
The mansion of the “most powerful family in the ton” is actually the House of Rangers in the London district of Greenwich. Over the course of its existence, it has changed several owners from earls to princesses. In a fiction of the XXI century, it found another noble owner — the Bridgerton family. Officially, nowadays, the house belongs to the State Commission on Historic Buildings and Monuments of England. And Featherington House, as it turns out, is located on the famous Royal Crescent Street in Bath.

Recently, the iconic Addams Family returned to screens and blew our minds. A wild story, dark setting, and weird characters — pretty much everything we love.
Besides the fictional story (or who knows, right?), the series was filmed in real locations, so you can (and should) make a trip to the filming locations.
The role of the mysterious Nevermore Academy school was played by the Cantacuzino Castle in Romania. The building has been given a bit of drama makeover, but Wednesday fans shouldn't be confused. The Paper House series has become probably the most popular Spanish TV series of recent years, and so we cannot not mention it.
We are sure once you are in Madrid, you will definitely want to see the Mint Museum and the Bank of Spain, which have made so much noise. But we must warn you right away — there is no point in Googling these names, as other locations were used for filming (though, here are the links to the actual places — Mint Museum & Bank of Spain — they are pretty too, especially the latter one).
