The hair masks everyone is talking about — are they worth it or just hype? Some definitely live up to the buzz, while others… not so much. We have gathered masks that have stayed popular for years — not just because of flashy ads, but because people really use them. We have tried them, too, and honestly, our results have been fantastic. That is why we are happy to recommend them, especially now that most of these masks are on sale. Sounds like a great time to try them out, doesn't it?
Davines (the sale I have been waiting for)
This brand isn't here by accident — I am personally a huge fan. Their shampoos and energising gels once saved my hair from thinning, and their masks are just as amazing. You can grab a few on sale right now, so if I were you, I would hurry!
K18
A few years ago, everyone was obsessed with these hair masks. And honestly, their popularity hasn’t faded since. This is a leave-in molecular repair mask for your hair, and here is the deal: you apply it for just 4 minutes after shampooing on towel-dried hair — no rinsing needed. It doesn’t make your hair sticky or weigh it down, but it works so well that you don’t have to worry about your hair at all. Your hair will be shiny, easy to comb, healthy-looking, and super soft to the touch. And that is just after the first use. Personally, I haven’t tried it (why? See the products mentioned above), but everyone I know swears by it. Right now, you can grab it on sale, so it is the perfect time to give it a go.
Olaplex
Another brand whose masks everyone seems to rave about. In my opinion, it is not exactly the best of the best — just a mask like any other, one of many. I tried it myself, and the one I liked the most was bottle No. 3 with the enticing label "Hair Perfector." Right now, you can grab it on sale.
Kérastase
I have had experience using Kerastase products — and it was a great one. After using their hair mask (the one for hair loss), my hair looked amazing for about a month. I wouldn't say it completely solved the hair loss issue, but I was still very pleased with it.
Kallos
The Kallos Cosmetics Keratin Hair Mask is a go-to for dry or damaged hair that needs some serious TLC. It is packed with keratin and milk protein and aims to bring life back to your locks — making them soft, shiny, and easy to manage. This mask is affordable (around 26 AED, even without a sale) and great for improving the overall condition and appearance of your hair.
A few more words
I always say this: if you are noticing hair issues — like hair loss, itching, or dandruff — masks can be helpful, but it is best to see a dermatologist. They can examine you, figure out the underlying cause (maybe it is way deeper than you think), and recommend the proper treatment.
