Here is more exciting real estate news: The new 37-story Immersive Tower is set to make its debut in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) by April 2027.
Who is behind
Immersive Tower will be conceptualised by AEDAS and developed by DAR Group.
Some numbers for clarity
The building will feature 37 stories, with 58,573 sq. meters of office space and approximately 10,596 sq. meters of retail space. Over 680 sq. meters have been earmarked for amenities. What is the cost? This commercial tower is priced at AED 1.1 billion.
