During summer it is vital to do your best and try to stay active. We know it is hard and hot, but let’s see how we can close that exercise ring on your apple watch without leaving the comfort of your home (this is dedicated to those going to the gym outside the building).

First of all, two main YouTube channels:

1. MadFit

2. Chloe Ting

MadFit has these cute dance workouts for those who hate cardio, but know that the medicine is worth the burnt fat. Works especially if you are in your “ex-party beast” era.

Apartment Friendly Workouts are also perfect for any space, and it is great that most of them require no equipment.

And if you’re not feeling like it or you’re conscious about any of your legs or arms — Knee Friendly or Low Impact Workout playlists are your go to.

Chloe Ting will give you not only workouts, but also recipes and even her own Reddit community.

She is known for her challenges (which essentially are programmes), but as we’re talking about “hating-sport”-friendly workouts, we would recommend for you to take a look at No Equipment or Beginner Friendly programmes.

10 Mins workouts are nice for a self-esteem boost, Standing Workouts are perfect for those without a yoga mat and No Jumping workouts are just great, because.. Who likes these jumping jacks, am I right?

She has many other options for every preference and surely her attitude and choice of music will help one out.

Stretching Routine might also be something new and sporty you can add to your everyday life.

This author’s curse is neck pain, so here is the golden recipe:

Hold each stretch for 30 seconds. Repeat the sequence 2 times.

  • Neck Stretch — video
  • Shoulder Stretch — video
  • Chest Stretch — video (desk-friendly tutorial)
  • Hamstring Stretch — video for the standing one and this one for hard-core stretch with a towel
  • Quadriceps Stretch — video
  • Calf Stretch — video

Tips:

  • Warm up before starting your workout with 5-10 minutes of light cardio (jogging in place, or hateful jumping jacks).
  • Cool down after your workout with gentle stretching.
  • Stay hydrated and listen to your body.
