Yesterday, the 2024 Paris Olympics officially came to a close, with the Olympic flag being passed on to the next host city, Los Angeles. As always, these Games were full of triumphs, defeats, and... yes, even memes. Let's quickly look back at some of those moments before we get into the more serious stuff.
There was Yusuf Dikec, who casually approached the shooting range wearing regular glasses, one hand in his pocket, and aimed his pistol at the target — no protective headphones, no fancy gear. And guess what? He won a silver medal.
And, of course, who could forget Snoop Dogg and the torch?
Oh, and that cat that somehow managed to interfere with an athlete…
But today, let's focus on the Arab athletes who delivered outstanding performances and took home medals.
